- Ceux dont le potentiel d'infiltration est défavorable.
- Ceux dont le potentiel d'infiltration est à déterminer au cas par cas.
- Ceux au sein desquels toute infiltration des eaux pluviales est interdite (sites pollués, zones instables, etc.). La Direction générale de l'eau peut exiger pour certains projets une infiltration des eaux pluviales.
